You have the right to cancel any digital service subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the service has not been fully utilized during this period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within the cancellation period and must be accompanied by a valid reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Our policy for physical goods lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
